Founded in 2010 by passionate water sports enthusiasts, Kayak Alley began as a small riverside shop with just three kayaks and a dream. What started as a modest operation has grown into one of the region’s premier water sports destinations, serving thousands of enthusiasts every year.

Our journey began when founders Mike and Sarah Johnson discovered a shared love for exploring waterways. Frustrated by the lack of quality equipment and expert advice available to beginners, they set out to create a space where both novices and experts could find everything they needed for their water adventures.

Today, with multiple locations and an award-winning online store, we continue to stay true to our original mission: making water sports accessible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Our team of certified instructors has introduced over 15,000 people to the joy of paddling, and we’re just getting started.
