At Kayak Alley, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Customized or special-order items may not be returnable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days after processing

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a kayak I’ve used?

Kayaks must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns for kayaks that show any signs of use, water exposure, or damage.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kayakalley.shop with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
