Our Shipping Process
At Kayak Alley, we understand that you’re excited to get out on the water. That’s why we’ve optimized our shipping process to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states through our trusted carriers. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping
We ship kayaks and gear to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders typically take 7-14 business days for delivery.
Important Information:
- Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
- Some restrictions apply to certain countries
For international orders, please allow extra time for customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak season (May-August), please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order through your Kayak Alley account.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We can ship accessories to P.O. Boxes, but kayaks and large items require a physical street address for delivery.
How are kayaks packaged for shipping?
All kayaks are securely packaged in custom-designed protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We use reinforced boxes and protective padding.
What if my package is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kayakalley.shop with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
